We ship using USPS. We will ship your order within 2 business days from your order being placed! We know shipping times can be frustrating these days, so we will do everything we can on our end to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible!

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us for a refund or exchange if you are unhappy with your product. Please keep in mind that we do not have control over shipping temperatures. If the cream is in a warm environment it will soften. If you receive it in this condition simply place the cream in a cool location and it will regain the soft icing-like texture that we all love!
